A website maintenance contract should be considered if you are planning on making periodic or frequent changes to the content of your website.
A maintenance contract can be entered into at any time. Only current or past customers may purchase a maintenance agreement.
Web Issues to Consider ...
- If you periodically or regularly require the content to be updated.
- The addition to existing content, features added or deleted regularly, updates, new links or broken links redirected or replaced due to outside sources, search engine re-analysis, etc.
- If you require periodic alteration to graphics or fresh images and/or graphic alterations such as color, text, etc. This service will also cover the cost of the new graphic or image creation, not just the update of current graphics or content.
- Checks and or repairs of broken links, graphics or any overlooked typos, if any at all, are covered under warranty for 15 days after development. After that, all services will be billed if a maintenance agreement or contract has not been arranged.
How Would My Web Site Benefit from Web Site Maintenance?
Web Site Maintenance can keep your web site up to date, refreshes your content so that it doesn't go stale, and helps your search engine rankings. Having a professional web designer update your web site will also help make sure your links and images all load correctly. We can update any web site.
Can I Update My Web Site Myself?
Usually it is better to let a professional web designer handle the maintenance of your web site. This is because the custom scripting code requires training to learn, and if you are not able to handle it proficiently, you may inadvertently cause your web site to stop working or display improperly. Editing a web page is not like using a word processor, the formatting and programming is considerably more complex.
What about WYSIWYG editors (i.e. Dreamweaver, Frontpage)?
These editors tend to change the web code and add their own web code, which makes your pages load slower and sometimes display improperly. Microsoft Frontpage is especially guilty of this, clients that have tried to edit their web pages in front page tend to require additional professional web maintenance to clean up the mess that Frontpage left behind. Even though you may own the program, it still requires knowledge of web design, html coding, graphics design, etc. to enable them to work properly.

Maintenance Packages
Once an agreement is made for which maintenance services will be provided by 2G Solutions, Inc., you will be required to sign a web development maintenance contract stating the terms of the arraigned agreement.
For Hourly Maintenance please contact us to arrange your one time web site maintenance or web site maintenance contract and discount schedule. We prefer to price your maintenance per project to give the most accurate time estimate and cost.
Current Maintenance Contracts
Level 1- Yearly Maintenance
Includes two hours of website maintenance. This service covers minor website alterations, updates, repairs, etc. This service also covers e-commerce/shopping cart product updates, additional or removal, shopping cart maintenance, minor website alterations, regular updates, repairs, etc. This service does not apply to a full redesign of a website.
Price: $100 per year.
Level 2- Yearly Maintenance
Includes four hours of website maintenance. This service covers minor website alterations, updates, repairs, etc. This service also covers e-commerce/shopping cart product updates, additional or removal, shopping cart maintenance, minor website alterations, regular updates, repairs, etc. This service does not apply to a full redesign of a website.
Price: $200 per year.
Level 3- Yearly Maintenance

Includes six hours of website maintenance. Level 5- Monthly Maintenance
Up to ten hours of monthly website maintenance. Price: $600 per month.
Level 6- Monthly Maintenance
Up to twenty hours of monthly website maintenance. This service covers minor website alterations, updates, repairs, etc. This service also covers e-commerce/shopping cart product updates, additional or removal, shopping cart maintenance, minor website alterations, regular updates, repairs, etc. This service does not apply to a full redesign of a website.
Price: $1,000 per month.
Level 7- Monthly Maintenance
Up to forty hours of monthly website maintenance. This service covers minor website alterations, updates, repairs, etc. This service also covers e-commerce/shopping cart product updates, additional or removal, shopping cart maintenance, minor website alterations, regular updates, repairs, etc. This service does not apply to a full redesign of a website.
Price: $2,000 per month.
Level 8- Monthly Maintenance
Up to sixty hours of monthly website maintenance. This service covers minor website alterations, updates, repairs, etc. This service also covers e-commerce/shopping cart product updates, additional or removal, shopping cart maintenance, minor website alterations, regular updates, repairs, etc. This service does not apply to a full redesign of a website.
Price: $3,000 per month.
Level 9- Monthly Maintenance
Up to eighty hours of monthly website maintenance. This service covers minor website alterations, updates, repairs, etc. This service also covers e-commerce/shopping cart product updates, additional or removal, shopping cart maintenance, minor website alterations, regular updates, repairs, etc. This service does not apply to a full redesign of a website.
Price: $4,000 per month.
